Grace Rosado’s ministry demonstrates what becomes possible when faith is joined with compassionate, practical service. For decades, she has worked to restore dignity, strengthen families, and create pathways toward healing and independence.

Northern Transformation Initiative

Grace is an advisory partner and supporter of Northern Transformation Initiative, also known as NTI. Drawing from decades of residential-care and nonprofit leadership experience, she provides mentorship and practical guidance as NTI develops programs for vulnerable children, young mothers, and families in Kenya.

Bright Futures Kenya

Bright Futures Kenya is NTI’s developing child-protection and residential education-support initiative in Kiambu County. The program is designed to help vulnerable children access safe care, education, daily support, protection, and opportunities for long-term stability.

Guidance Grounded in Experience

Grace plans to travel with the NTI team to Kenya to meet local stakeholders, review developing care environments, encourage program leaders, and provide practical guidance informed by her experience at New Life Home.

A Responsible Partnership

Grace serves as an advisory partner and supporter. Northern Transformation Initiative remains responsible for its governance, fundraising, financial management, legal compliance, safeguarding, staffing, implementation, and daily operations.
